Preparation:
1. First mix together rice and green tea powder in a bowl.
2. Spreading rice on the nori sheet: Take a small handful of sushi rice, make into a cylindrical shape. Starting from the left side of the nori sheet, stretch the rice to the right side. You will have then have a small cylinder of rice wrapped in the nori sheet.
3. Making an inside out roll: Follow directions for step 2. Once completed, turn the sheet over. The nori will now be on the upper side. Place the mayonnaise, salmon fillet and vegetables on the center. Move the prepared nori sheet onto the sushi mat and roll gently.
4. Top the roll with avocado slices and press to make a firm roll. Cut first in half and then cut into three pieces.
